HCG (Human Consulting Group, CEO Park Jae-hyun), a leading AI × HR Tech company, announced on the 7th that it has secured the HR system implementation contract for NH Investment & Securities. Through this win, HCG once again demonstrated the competitiveness of its HR solution in the financial sector, where high-level information security and stability are required.
NH Investment & Securities plans to adopt HCG's flagship HR solution hunel to advance its HR management system and improve operational accuracy and efficiency. The core objectives of this project are ▲building a fact- and data-driven decision-making framework ▲establishing a strategic workforce management foundation that flexibly responds to policy changes ▲global workforce management and mobile HR system support ▲automating manual business processes.
HCG will support NH Investment & Securities in real-time integrated viewing of HR · payroll · performance data through hunel, enabling strategic workforce management insights via various dashboards. By implementing standardized data structures, HCG will enhance data reliability and consistency, while automating manual and repetitive tasks to reduce human errors and boost operational efficiency. Additionally, mobile functionality and personalized notification services will be applied, with improvements to the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for a more convenient working environment.
