HCG (Human Consulting Group, CEO Park Jae-hyun), a leading AI × HR Tech company, announced it will release JaDE 4.0, an HR solution significantly enhanced with analytics and insight capabilities, on May 1. JaDE is a customized HR package for mid-sized and small businesses that integrates the entire HR lifecycle — from recruitment to retirement — on a single platform.
JaDE 4.0 consolidates HCG's 25 years of HR system consulting expertise, allowing HR managers to receive consulting-report-level analytical results from the system without manual data processing. By incorporating enterprise-grade HR data analytics capabilities, it overcomes the data utilization limitations of conventional SME HR systems and extends HR data into business insights.
JaDE 4.0 introduces multiple new analytical and convenience features, including ▲an executive-only dashboard ▲'People Insight' for identifying core talent and analyzing competencies ▲'Organizational Health' for monitoring staffing rates · turnover rates · early-career retention rates and overall organizational status ▲'Work Health' for analyzing the work environment and measuring burnout risk ▲'Generational Analysis' for examining tenure · evaluation trends · turnover rates by generation ▲'Retention Curve' for analyzing core talent attrition and retention rates relative to tenure ▲organizational restructuring and personnel transfer simulations.
