HR Consulting addresses the essence of 'what to do and how.' Starting from the fundamental questions HR must answer—performance definition, organizational design, talent management, cultural change—it creates the blueprint for systems and operations. AX Consulting addresses 'how to accelerate that blueprint with AI.' It is the stage of implementing the change defined by HR Consulting more quickly and accurately on an AI basis. The two can be received separately or as an integrated program—and they create the greatest synergy when conducted together.

Yes. Each Practice can begin independently or be bundled into a single integrated program. For example, you may receive only Performance & Reward, or conduct Organization & Talent together with People Brand & Culture. However, the model HCG recommends is to include HR Transformation. No matter which of the five areas you start from, the effect lasts only when you design how to align with the other areas on the larger picture of HR strategy.

Yes. The three standardized products—HCG APM Consultancy, HCG EX Management Program, and HCG Leadership Diagnosis—are each designed to be adopted independently. If you want to quickly start adopting OKR, measure employee experience, or run a one-off leadership assessment, you can use the standardized products alone. However, when adopted together with a consulting project, an integrated approach becomes possible that connects assessment results to system design and system design to operational adoption. We advise which combination suits your company through a preliminary consultation.

Because HR data is highly sensitive, we reflect security, access rights, and processing-history management in the design from the very start of the project. We limit the scope of collection to the minimum necessary to solve the task and clearly establish access rights and processing logs. The company-specific systems and data context identified during consulting are used only as the asset of that client and are not transferred to other projects or clients. Where necessary, we jointly design operating methods that fit the company's security policy, such as a private, on-premise environment.

HCG designs the stages of system design → operational adoption → data measurement as a single flow. At the system design stage, we establish a change management plan together and phase in executive alignment, middle-manager champions, and employee communication. At the operational adoption stage, we link with our own e-HR solutions (hunel · JaDE · talenx) or the client's existing systems so that the new system operates within the system. Afterward, through regular pulse surveys and HR data analysis, we measure whether the change has taken root and identify points for improvement.
