HCG News
Human Consulting Group (HCG, CEO Park Jae-hyun) announced on the 30th that the AI-based performance management and evaluation features of its HR SaaS platform talenx have completed proof-of-concept (PoC) validation with key clients and are now fully in service.
The newly introduced AI capabilities go beyond pure technology development, delivering a field-validated service. Working with major clients, HCG tested the AI model's suitability and result reliability against historical performance-management and review data, and the results achieved a level of completeness that HR practitioners can use immediately.
This update adds three new capabilities to talenx: △'AI Goal Recommendation', which automatically suggests goals and key performance indicators for every employee based on HR and performance data; △'AI Performance Activity Summary', which provides team leads with a consolidated view of each team member's annual performance, feedback, and multi-rater review results; and △'AI Evaluation Summary', which presents executives with summarized team-level reviews completed by their direct leaders—enabling quick understanding of each member's contributions and easier rating calibration.

Alongside this update, talenx continues to operate its 'AI Feedback Analysis' feature, which applies the AI-based sentiment analysis technology for which HCG filed a patent in March. The feature analyzes positive/negative tendencies and key keywords in feedback to intuitively surface employee strengths and development areas, and has seen steady usage in the field.
HCG expects these AI features to help HR practitioners improve operational efficiency while enabling leaders to make evaluation, compensation, and development decisions grounded in data and evidence. The field validation is seen as a clear signal that the center of gravity in HR tech is shifting from simple 'system management' to 'AI-based decision support'.
These results are also an outcome of research and development at the AI×HR R&D Center HCG established last year. HCG plans to expand AI capabilities beyond performance and evaluation to attendance, payroll, job management, and compensation, and will progressively develop AI agent features such as natural-language talent search and strategic HR decision support.
Baek Seung-ah, Chief Product Officer of Human Consulting Group, said, "HCG is not simply adopting AI features—it is delivering 'validated AI HR' that learns from field data and can be applied directly in real-world HR operations. We will continue to advance the technology so that talenx can set the new standard for AI HR."......(hereafter omitted.)
