HCG (Human Consulting Group, CEO Park Jae-hyun), a leading AI × HR Tech company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on April 2 with enterprise solutions specialist Younglimwon Soft Lab (CEO Kwon Young-bum) for 'strategic partnership and joint marketing · PR collaboration.' The two companies previously laid the groundwork for partnership in September of last year by jointly winning the Korea Power Exchange's next-generation HR · ERP integrated system implementation project as a consortium.
The MOU was pursued to amplify integrated proposal synergy and expand business reach by combining HCG's HR solution expertise with Younglimwon Soft Lab's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system capabilities. The two companies plan to collaborate on ▲strengthening ERP-HR integrated proposal competitiveness ▲joint sales and market expansion ▲identifying business opportunities through content exchange. They will also jointly conduct marketing and PR activities through diverse touchpoints including seminars · events · online channels.
Over 25 years, HCG has accumulated HR consulting and solution design expertise, securing HR system implementation experience across diverse industries including large enterprises · financial · public sector · corporate groups. The company integrates HR Consulting, HR Tech Solutions, and Payroll Outsourcing services along with its latest AI Powered HR services, currently serving over 960 client companies with approximately 710,000 active users of its HR solutions.
HCG anticipates business expansion by combining its extensive business network, the expertise of its HR solution hunel, and the strengths of Younglimwon Soft Lab's ERP. As digital transformation becomes a primary corporate priority, demand is rising for organically connecting all core management resource data — finance · accounting · HR · supply chain · production — to drive efficiency, rather than building ERP and HR systems separately.
hunel, HCG's in-house HR solution, delivers HR management capabilities optimized for diverse enterprise environments from large corporations to mid-sized companies. Its strength lies in reliable deployment across enterprise settings that must simultaneously manage large workforces, complex work · payroll structures, and multiple field organizations. With native support for integration with ERP and other business systems, combining hunel with Younglimwon Soft Lab's ERP is expected to link HR data with core management data, elevating overall operational efficiency and consistency.
Building on its experience delivering HR solutions to companies of various sizes, HCG plans to accelerate growth in the mid-market through this MOU. The company aims to actively apply HR system implementation know-how accumulated from enterprise deployments to mid-sized organizations, supporting them in achieving advanced HR management capabilities while optimizing time and cost.
Younglimwon Soft Lab CEO Kwon Young-bum stated, "ERP is the core management system, and integration with HR solutions enables a fully realized unified management operations framework." He added, "Together with HCG, we will focus our capabilities on capturing demand for simultaneous ERP · HR system adoption and advancing enterprise management systems."
HCG CEO Park Jae-hyun said, "As companies grow larger and their management environments become more complex, it becomes increasingly important to manage scattered management data in an integrated way to enhance enterprise-wide visibility." He added, "Through this partnership, we will help more mid-sized companies establish advanced HR environments."
