HCG Accelerates 'AI HR Tech Company' Leap with Full Homepage Renewal

Human Consulting Group (HCG; CEO Jaehyun Park) announced on the 26th that it has declared its identity as an AI HR tech company and fully renewed its official website.

The core of this renewal is that HCG's 'AI Powered HR' strategy is reflected throughout the website. In particular, the recently launched HR-specialized AI agent elizax is placed front and center, clearly signaling the company's direction as an AI HR tech company.

elizax is an AI built on HCG's HR domain expertise, understanding organizational context and supporting practical judgment across HR work. It currently integrates with HCG's own HR solutions — hunel, JaDE, and talenx — to support the entire HR lifecycle from hiring to offboarding. HCG is also accelerating its AI HR technology competitiveness, recently completing the patent registration of a 'feedback sentiment analysis device and method,' a technology now used to advance AI-based HR decision-making features.

To deliver its expertise in AI HR systematically, HCG built a Knowledge Hub into the new website. The Knowledge Hub is a content space that provides insights and materials HR practitioners can immediately apply in the field, drawing on the specialized knowledge and proven methodologies HCG has accumulated over more than 25 years of HR consulting and field experience. It comprises 'Insight,' covering HR trends and AI · AX guides, 'Resources,' offering practical guides, as well as newsletters and HCG news. HCG explained that it is reviewing plans to grow the Knowledge Hub into an HR community.

HCG also strengthened its HR AX (AI Transformation) consulting guidance on the website. In addition, solution pages now include example screens and FAQs, improving the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to enhance convenience and readability, while presenting real solution adoption cases alongside quantitative results to expand the website's practical value.
