Implementation of Personalized Services in HR Systems
Human Consulting Group (CEO Jaehyun Park, hereinafter referred to as HCG) announced on the 9th that it has completed a major upgrade of its HR solution ‘hunel’ and officially ushered in the era of personalized HR systems.
The latest upgrade marks a significant shift from traditional HR systems that prioritized administrative efficiency, to a design centered on the experience and convenience of individual employees. It is being recognized as an evolution into an “experience-driven platform,” where employees can easily access HR services themselves and receive personalized information, rather than relying solely on data management tools.
With this overhaul, hunel has significantly enhanced its self-service features, enabling employees to manage HR-related tasks directly without complicated procedures. Key processes such as leave requests and performance reviews have been streamlined for easier access, and redesigned to allow immediate action based on individual needs. Notably, the mobile platform has been fully revamped to deliver a wide range of HR services comparable to those on a PC, creating a flexible HR environment accessible anytime, anywhere.

Employee support features have also been strengthened. When employees have questions about HR policies or how to use the system, they can now receive immediate assistance through a chatbot-based real-time guidance service—eliminating the need to consult manuals or make separate inquiries.
The main interface has also been significantly redesigned. It now prioritizes content based on each user's role, rank, and work patterns, offering a personalized widget layout that provides one-click access to frequently used HR functions.
