K-HR tech leader Human Consulting Group (HCG, CEO Park Jae-hyun) announced on the 18th that, ahead of the second-half performance review season, the evaluation module of its HR solution JaDE is gaining strong interest from corporate clients.
Corporate performance reviews have long been a core task in organizational management, tightly linked to each year's HR strategy. Moreover, as society-wide expectations for fairness have risen, ensuring the transparency and objectivity of evaluation systems has become directly tied to corporate credibility.

Yet many companies still rely on manual approaches using Excel and documents, encountering persistent difficulties. When evaluation criteria are not clearly recorded or when result data is missing, disputes over fairness can easily arise—which can in turn erode employee trust and weaken performance-management frameworks.
HCG is addressing these challenges with JaDE's evaluation module. JaDE is an integrated HR platform that manages the full lifecycle from hiring to offboarding, and its evaluation module supports △goal-based performance management (MBO/OKR), △360-degree reviews, △continuous feedback management, and △reviewer-tendency diagnostics. All evaluation processes and outcomes are stored as digital logs for full traceability, and built-in security features—such as separate personal-information storage and download-reason records—enable rapid response to labor-authority audits or legal disputes. HCG emphasizes that, through systematic management, companies can run the review process transparently and strengthen employee trust and engagement. HR staff can reduce repetitive manual work to focus on strategic priorities, while employees can clearly verify the basis of the evaluations they receive, minimizing distrust and conflict.

Separately, HCG offers performance- and review-management modules through its cloud-based SaaS HR platform talenx. talenx is distinguished by its extensive use of AI. The already-released 'AI Feedback Analysis' feature automatically classifies text-based feedback as positive, negative, or neutral, extracts key keywords, and visualizes them as word clouds—enabling HR professionals to rapidly summarize and analyze hundreds of feedback entries.
