HR tech leader Human Consulting Group (HCG) announced on the 16th the launch of its new Job Management Service, combining more than 20 years of consulting experience with AI technology.
The service is a fully integrated HR offering spanning everything from establishing a job structure to connecting HR policies. Against the backdrop of government policy shifts, labor-market changes, and AI-driven workforce substitution, it enables companies to build job-based HR frameworks with ease.
HCG's Job Management Service reduces the cost of building a job-management framework by more than 50% compared to conventional approaches, and cuts the implementation period from 4–6 months to 1–2 months—a reduction of over 70%. This empowers even small and mid-sized companies—previously held back by the high cost of global or regional consulting firms—to deliver job-centered HR innovation.
The service supports the full lifecycle of job-based HR, including △standard job classification and automatic job-description generation, △industry-specific competency libraries, △AI-based job evaluation, △integration with HR solutions, and △talent discovery, development, and placement. A key strength is the synergy between HCG's consulting experience, accumulated domestic and international standard references, and a comprehensive industry database, combined with AI prompt-engineering technology. The service also dramatically reduces the internal workload of business investigation and cross-functional coordination, easing the burden on employees throughout the rollout.
The AI job-evaluation tool and automatic job–competency mapping are particularly noteworthy. The AI job-evaluation tool applied to the service, Compass, reflects the latest job-value trends in real time and leverages an AI evaluator to deliver objective, high-reliability results. Backed by a database of approximately 35,000 competencies across more than 100 industries, it supports automated job-to-competency mapping, making it easy to establish competency-based HR standards. Companies can then seamlessly extend this foundation into organization-wide HR practices—job-based hiring, job-based pay, performance management, career development, and talent growth.
HCG plans to embed job-management capabilities across all of its HR solutions—hunel, JaDE, and talenx—and continuously enhance user experience and data-analytics value in collaboration with its AI Center.
Hong Soon-won, Managing Director, said, "Job-centered HR is not merely a matter of policy design—it is a core challenge that determines organizational competitiveness. With an accessible job-management solution, we will lower the barrier to entry and play a vital role in accelerating job-based HR innovation."......(hereafter omitted.)
