HCG Adds 'AI Feedback Analysis' Feature to talenx

Human Consulting Group (HCG, CEO Park Jae-hyun) announced on the 24th the official launch of the 'AI Feedback Analysis' feature for its HR solution talenx, beginning the full-scale commercialization of AI-based talent management capabilities. Built on proprietary technology for which HCG completed a patent filing in February, the feature automatically analyzes and visualizes sentiments and key keywords embedded in text feedback.

 

As the use of qualitative feedback—such as continuous feedback and multi-rater reviews—has increased, HR practitioners face a growing burden of reading and interpreting large volumes of text one by one. Given the subjective nature of such feedback, maintaining consistency and objectivity in analysis has been difficult, and the HR field has steadily called for quantitative analytics tools to address this challenge.

 

The 'AI Feedback Analysis' capability in HCG's talenx is powered by a proprietary AI model specialized for HR data. Going beyond simple sentence-structure analysis, the model is trained on expressions and contexts that appear in actual corporate feedback, classifying sentiment as positive, negative, or neutral and delivering key keywords through visualizations such as word clouds. This enables HR managers to grasp employee sentiment and perception at a glance across a vast volume of feedback, while leaders can strategically understand and respond to team culture and organizational atmosphere.
