Human Consulting Group (HCG) announced on the 19th that it has been awarded the HR system redevelopment project for KTis—the KT Group's customer-service specialist—and is launching the initiative based on its proprietary e-HR solution hunel.
HCG also successfully implemented KTis's HR system back in 2009. This collaboration marks the second partnership built on high customer satisfaction and technical trust.
KTis operates a specialized HR framework across diverse regions and work arrangements, centered on customer contact centers nationwide. Because working-hour types and compensation structures vary with each center's counseling operations, the need for an integrated system capable of efficiently and reliably managing this complexity has long been recognized.
The core objectives of this redevelopment project are △unified management of working hours and payroll, △productivity gains through work automation, and △enhanced stability and reliability through up-to-date security standards. HCG plans to upgrade KTis's HR environment with a design that accommodates a broad range of working arrangements and HR operating practices.
hunel is an integrated platform that supports the full HR lifecycle, from recruiting to evaluation, compensation, and organizational management. It features an automation foundation capable of reliably handling large-scale HR data, customized design capabilities, and built-in data visualization. It also holds domestic and international security certifications such as ISMS and ISO/IEC 27001, and has proven its security through secure-coding reviews and penetration testing.
HCG views this win as a result of its consulting-based approach—going beyond system delivery to accurately understand client operations and produce tangible improvements—together with a post-project maintenance and operations framework that has earned client trust.
