Human Consulting Group (CEO Jaehyun Park, hereinafter HCG), a leading AI x HR tech company, announced that companies in the HR SaaS market have recently been choosing a phased adoption approach, selecting and applying the modules they need step by step.
Phased adoption is an approach in which a company, instead of rolling out every feature of an HR solution at once, first applies the modules for the work that most urgently needs improvement, then expands the scope of adoption according to operational results such as efficiency and utilization rates. Companies can choose the modules that suit their organizational challenges and operating conditions while reducing both the initial investment cost and the burden on employees of adapting to a new system.

HCG supplied the performance · evaluation modules of its HR SaaS platform 'talenx' to GMT, an IT company that develops marine control and monitoring systems. GMT applied the modules to some 160 members and cut its evaluation period from about 60 days, which had been spent consolidating thousands of Excel files, to 10 days, while reducing the share of manual work by around 70%. It also ran multi-rater reviews company-wide, which had been difficult to operate on an Excel basis, lowering evaluation errors and raising confidence in the results.
