Human Consulting Group (CEO Jaehyun Park, hereinafter HCG), a leading AI x HR tech company, will host its HR AI conference 2026, 'GROUND ONE,' on October 28 at the Harmony Ballroom of The Westin Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
GROUND ONE is a conference for HR leaders and practitioners at Korean companies, including Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs). It examines how HR work is changing in the AI era and presents new standards for AI x HR operations. HCG will run talks and sessions centered on the newly defined roles of people and AI, the conditions and readiness tasks for organizations to trust and use AI, and what sets HR-specialized AI apart from general-purpose AI. In particular, HCG will show how its HR-specialized AI agent elizax, which operates on an organization's HR data and work context, raises the efficiency of HR operations.
The event opens with a welcome address by HCG CEO Jaehyun Park and a keynote by Chief Product Officer (CPO) Seungah Baek. Under the theme 'Redefining the Standard for AI × HR,' Baek will present trust · completeness · utility as the core development standards for HR-specialized AI, and explain how elizax works on the basis of an organization's systems and work context.
The ChatHRT session diagnoses the current state of AI adoption and the challenges that HR practitioners shared directly in a pre-event survey. It addresses the ways practitioners hope to use AI, such as work automation and decision support, along with key concerns including the reliability of AI judgments and accountability.
The AI Agent Showcase that follows demonstrates five AI agents, ▲Assistant ▲Workflow ▲Talent ▲Performance ▲Skill, to show how elizax responds to the expectations and concerns identified in the survey. Across the full span of HR work, from answering questions on company policies and processing tasks to finding talent, managing performance, and developing employees' capabilities, each agent will present the grounds for its judgments and actions, and the agents will work together within a single system and data framework.
In the 'Next Agent' session, CPO Seungah Baek will go beyond elizax's five work agents to present HCG's future vision, in which every member of an organization has a 'Personal Agent' acting on their behalf. She will introduce how personal agents use work agents within delegated permissions and carry out work by communicating with other members' agents.
In addition, science communicator Gweodo will join as a guest speaker to deliver a special lecture on 'In the AI Era, How Should People Change?' After the talks and sessions, a dinner and networking session will be held for the attending HR leaders and practitioners.
The conference runs from 1:30 to 7:00 p.m., and attendance is free. It operates on a pre-registration basis with no on-site registration, and those wishing to attend can apply through the 'GROUND ONE' conference page on the official HCG website.
An official at Human Consulting Group said, "This conference is an opportunity to showcase the in-house AI technology and philosophy we have developed on the basis of our HR expertise to improve the accuracy · efficiency of HR work," adding, "Through the blueprint of elizax and personal agents, we will share the direction of HR innovation that HCG has been preparing."
