Human Consulting Group (HCG; CEO Jaehyun Park), a leader in AI x HR tech, announced on the 12th that it has developed and launched elizax, an HR-specialized AI agent that supports the entire HR lifecycle of a company's people — from hiring to offboarding.
HR work is a domain that handles complex organizational structures, HR policies, permission systems, and sensitive personal data all at once. The general-purpose AI that many companies have recently adopted is adept at general Q&A, but it struggles to deliver responses that reflect HR's particular data context and raises security concerns — driving growing demand for HR-specialized AI models.
elizax stores, processes, and connects HR data in a structure that AI can read directly.
