HCG's talenx Completes Financial Security Institute's Innovative Financial Services Safety Assessment

AI × HR tech leader Human Consulting Group (HCG, CEO Park Jae-hyun) announced that its HR SaaS platform talenx has completed the Innovative Financial Services Safety Assessment (provider assessment) conducted by the Financial Security Institute.

 

The Innovative Financial Services Safety Assessment is a security-verification process that services designated through the financial regulatory sandbox must complete, in accordance with attached conditions, before launching actual operations. It confirms that safety measures have been sufficiently implemented prior to service rollout. Because HR services handle sensitive data such as employee personal information, the financial sector requires the highest level of security and operational stability.

 

In this assessment, talenx was evaluated against the Financial Security Institute's safety-assessment criteria and received a "conformant" determination across all required protection areas. It passed verification for the full set of stringent security controls a cloud service provider must uphold, including incident response and administrative safeguards.
