HCG, collaborates with the experience management platform 'Qualtrics' in the field of employee experience management.

HCG (www.e-hcg.com) has entered into a partnership agreement with Qualtrics (https://www.qualtrics.com),

a cloud-based experience management company.

 

Last July, Qualtrics officially announced its entry into the Korean market. As a specialized experience management company used by over 10,000 companies, including more than 75% of the Fortune 100 companies such as BMW and Mastercard in the United States, it has been actively engaging in marketing through partnerships with various industries. While most of the previous partnerships have focused on Customer Experience (CX), this partnership with HCG differs in that it revolves around Employee Experience (EX) management.

 

Recent changes in the business environment, such as the shift towards Agile methodologies and digital management, along with the emergence of generations with different characteristics, have increased the need for a change in approaches to employee management. In the past, there was a focus on measuring Employee Engagement and emphasizing performance management. However, nowadays, there is a greater emphasis on surveying the values and sense of purpose that employees hold, and incorporating these into organizational culture and policies. The current focus is on enabling employees to accumulate positive experiences within the organization by aligning their values and sense of purpose with organizational culture and practices.

 

To do this, it is necessary to combine not only existing management data (O Data / Operation Data) but also experience data (X Data / Experience Data) that can confirm employees' thoughts and behaviors.
