Due to COVID-19, the 'Year-end tax settlement for 2020' will be conducted through non-face-to-face online education

HCG's representative e-HR system, hunel, has annually conducted year-end tax settlement training as an in-person event for its 200+ maintenance clients. However, following the changes brought by COVID-19 last year, the year-end tax settlement training has been shifted to a non-face-to-face format. An online education site has been created and opened for this purpose.  

 

The training, which was open and conducted for about a month from December 21 to January 24, was divided into three main parts: lectures on the revised tax law by a tax accountant, year-end tax settlement system training, and patch service. 

 

The online training, newly attempted due to the unexpected COVID-19 situation, offered HR personnel, who are particularly busy at the end of the year, the benefits of saving time and space. Additionally, it provided the opportunity to 're-watch' content that might have been missed in the one-time in-person events, thereby creating a different kind of enjoyment and interest compared to face-to-face sessions. 

 

Additionally, the 'Basic Data Entry' video uploaded on YouTube received enthusiastic responses from many people.
