AI R&D
HCG AI×HR R&D Center is an organization creating sustainable innovation in human and organizational challenges within an AI technology environment. The AI division conducts research, planning, and investigation into diverse AI theories and functions, and implements and operates practical services. Work focus is adjusted according to individual strengths, combining both areas organically.
Software Architect
Designs, plans, and implements software architecture. Develops frameworks and common modules, builds interfaces, supports developers, and resolves software issues. With strong programming skills, deep field experience, and risk management capabilities, delivers solutions tailored to customer needs and provides timely responses.
IT Research & Developer
Continuously researches and collects the latest technology and technical information, and proactively reflects analyzed technologies into products and services. Standardizes and develops emerging technologies, sets and applies plans aligned with company policy and product upgrades, and documents and shares them so fellow engineers can easily understand.
Software Engineer
Designs, implements, and tests software features tailored to each business function using programming languages. Systematically manages software releases and versioning for users, improving product performance and continuously enhancing service quality through version control.

Builds, operates, and manages the system foundation — hardware, OS, middleware, networks — required to run applications. Assesses infrastructure status, identifies improvements for reuse and performance gains, and reviews and applies them in a forward-looking way.
Cloud Solution Engineer
Develops, deploys, and manages programs and software for cloud applications, maintaining a stable cloud environment. Leverages expertise across operating systems, networking, programming, and security to help customers conveniently use cloud services.
IT Solution Consultant
Runs projects for HCG's hunel and JaDE customers to develop and implement the optimal HR solution they need. Applies package methodology, accumulated experience, and technical know-how to deeply understand business contexts and bring advanced analysis techniques to bear. Works closely with customers and related teams to drive product development, deliver optimal solutions, and lead continuous improvement.
Data Analyst
Collects and manages business data, performs analyses to improve products and optimize services, validates results, and handles overall HR data analysis and utilization end to end. Delivers powerful analytics-driven solutions, analyzing how they help customer business, providing materials that support decisions, and offering insights that solve problems.
DevOps Engineer
Manages IT infrastructure, procures resources, and oversees software testing. Develops coding, scripts, and processes to reduce code deployment failures. After deployment, continuously monitors performance and optimizes the code update process to maximize operational efficiency.
System Maintenance Technician
Analyzes software status and issues, takes preventive measures and appropriate actions for incidents, and helps systems continuously adapt to changes in SW operations. Supports stable, ongoing system operation by addressing defects not removed during development and applying released patches.
Technical Support Engineer
IT technical support builds a specialized support framework based on understanding of customer information systems and solution deployment environments, performing incident handling, system improvements, and regular inspections in response to customer requests. HCG technical support engineers communicate closely with customers and quickly resolve product and service inquiries and technical issues.
Quality Assurance
Establishes quality policies and management plans to meet product and service quality goals, and runs continuous quality training, management improvement, quality evaluation and inspection, and market activities. Verifies adherence to project-stage processes and package-based development standards in coding to raise the quality of products and deliverables.
UX/UI Designer
Designs tangible and intangible service models for user experience satisfaction by reflecting the needs of stakeholders involved in the service system, grounded in user-centered design thinking and methods. Understands trends across UI/UX and GUI (Graphical User Interface) design, derives design concepts to craft visual elements, and presents designs that satisfy customer needs based on those concepts.
Integrated Designer
Optimizes and effectively implements services, products, and content provided in various environments to fit their purpose and use. Adjusts and refines per each team's requirements true to the original intent, redesigns from a holistic perspective, and judges usability, accessibility, and industry standards carefully.
Publisher
When publishing web work, organizes and optimizes designed and coded outputs to meet web standards and accessibility. Ensures the same screen renders across browsers without browser-specific issues and performs semantic-markup-aligned coding so any user environment browses without constraints.
HR Consultant
Establishes strategies and frameworks for the efficient operation of human resources required for organizational goal achievement and business success, and provides consulting across the entire HR domain — including job analysis and organizational culture. Runs projects across diverse topics and industries, analyzing problems and deriving concrete execution plans to create customer value, and providing advisory services grounded in expertise and experience.
Project Manager
Plans the project and oversees the entire execution process to successfully achieve project goals. With business knowledge, leadership, and communication skills, the HCG PM meets deadlines on schedule and integrates scope, schedule, people/resources, quality, and risk management.
Payroll Specialist
Ensures smooth payroll operations for client companies and accurately understands compensation-related laws and regulations so that customer contacts can comply rigorously. Provides materials to promote payroll incentives and supports running benefit and reward programs for employees, delivering professional payroll outsourcing services.
Technical Sales
Builds customer relationships and creates sales opportunities based on broad IT knowledge for project sales, and proposes solutions tailored to customer needs. Performs negotiation, contracting, sales, and post-sales management end to end, building trust with customers and forming long-term partnerships.
Marketing Manager
Plans products and services aligned with organizational goals and values, and develops and executes strategies considering product, price, distribution, promotion, benefits, and experience to deliver loyalty-building services. Drives revenue and brand loyalty by hosting events and campaigns to raise corporate awareness, and executes digital strategies to promote products and services.
