All corporations have active customers, market, product, channel, region, and the internal capabilities for them. Organization Structure Designassists in clustering the most important things from the variety of internal and external points of contact and leading to the assignment of those capabilities without any waste or duplicates. Also, there is a need for operational principles such as responsibility, authority, cooperation and approval process from within the organization to effectively get the organization structure settled and ready for operation.
