Job Assessment is ultimately the prerequisite stage for aligning the HR system includingcompensation and promotion, depending on job value and contribution size. According to the existing domestic “job-title”-based HR management, even if an individual performs the same “job-value” task with a low contribution size, that individual can still get promotion and compensation because of seniority. However, even if the “job-value” task or the contribution size increases, there will be no treatment changes until the promotion period. This is the type if limitation demonstrated in our domestic system.
